Josh brings a strong background in business and marketing to help guide his clients with decisions involving their real estate investment objectives. Drawing on 18 years in commercial real estate in Los Angeles, Josh is able to navigate residential real estate transactions, from understanding his client’s goals to the property search process and negotiation between the parties. He brings Asset Management and Construction Management skills to help Buyers and Sellers with their investments/sales analysis along with understanding of the physical property.
His top priority as a Realtor is making his clients happy. He is able to listen to their needs, and effectively communicates with a warm and friendly approach. He strives with every client to ensure that the buying and selling process is fun, easy and stress-free. He brings this same perspective to working with all the parties involved in the transaction.
Josh joined Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties after relocating with his family to the Desert from Los Angeles. He has immersed himself in the Desert communities and local real estate industry, and with Mary Marx and Marx Real Estate Group, covers Palm Springs to Coachella.
Josh is a graduate from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California, where he received a B.A. in Marketing.
